Hey OnTime users opt in from the authenticated mobile app. This page documents the complete consent screen used to authorize artificial or AI-generated reminder calls.

Receive one automated call when it’s time to leave or join a meeting. Calls use an AI-generated voice.

I agree to receive automated phone calls using an artificial or AI-generated voice from Wherk AI LLC / Hey OnTime at the number provided for meeting and departure reminders. Call frequency varies. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Standard call rates may apply. I can disable calls in the app or press 9 during a call to opt out.

Enable phone reminders

How consent is collected

  1. The signed-in user opens Profile → Notifications → Phone calls.
  2. The user enters their own phone number.
  3. The voice-call consent checkbox starts blank and must be selected voluntarily.
  4. Hey OnTime records the number, consent timestamp, exact disclosure, and disclosure version.
  5. The user can disable calls in the same screen or press 9 during a reminder call.
